Jaja Jairos is a seasoned Entrepreneur and Turnaround Strategist with over 15 years’ experience in new business setup, market entry strategy development,accounting systems design and implementation, business turnaround strategy development and management. Jairos has extensive experience in designing successful market entry models that create opportunities, designing and implementing winning marketing strategies, business advisory in establishing businesses. His provide leadership and direction to the Board, facilitate the operations and deliberations of the Board and the satisfaction of the Board’s functions and responsibilities under its mandate, and assume responsibility for the strategic initiatives.

Mr. Brazio Marimo

Brazio is a seasoned banker and Entrepreneur. He has 20 years’ experience in the Banking Industry and entrepreneurship. He is responsible for planning, directing,and coordinating the operations of the business. This involves policy formulation, daily operations management, sales and marketing, planning the distribution and use of human resources. He holds a degree in Banking and also an Associate member of Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (AIOBZ).

Mr. Praise Mapweza

Praise Mapweza a qualified finance and administration person with a drive, determination and experience of working in a busy Finance and administration environment, providing support to management; possessing excellent numerical & data entry skills with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures. He is responsible for financial record keeping, monitoring of financial performance within all the business units. He holds an Upper Second Division, Finance Honours Degree from Great Zimbabwe University (2010).
